Unfortunately, it may be the case that your favorite product has been sold out. To be informed when the product is back in stock, please register via the 'Size sold out?' button on the product page. When the product is back in stock, you will be the first to be notified.  No, all items are priced at the time of ordering. There is no subsequent price adjustment.

 - Will I receive an order confirmation?

You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after placing your order. This e-mail contains the order number (consisting of 5 digits), order summary and the shipping address.

- I have entered incorrect address details, can this be changed?

- How can I track my order?

As soon as your package is shipped we will send you an email with a Track and Trace. Here you can see the status of your order and if necessary provide the delivery service with additional instructions.I have not received my order, what should I do?

That is annoying! After placing your order you will receive an order confirmation with the order number. The same day your order will be sent. Here you will receive an email with a track and trace to follow the package. Did you not receive this mail or is the status of your package unclear?
